As an independent player in the digital sector, our group is an integrator, software publisher and consultant, and supports companies in their digital transformation and the exploitation of their data, through the development of adapted solutions. We are experts in several areas of activity: Customer Relationship Management, Content Management, Data Intelligence and Geographic Information Systems.


For the past 20 years, and thanks to our model largely focused on innovation, we have also intervened as an integrator specialized in niche technologies, and this successful model also applies to the Blockchain.


Thanks to our 840 employees in our 5 agencies in France (Lyon, Paris, Rennes, Brest and Lille), we support companies throughout the project cycle, from the expression of needs to the implementation and maintenance. We serve nearly 370 customers and have achieved a turnover of nearly 70 million euros in 2021.

Our knowledge of the electronic signature market

We are one of the French leaders in document management projects and have been assisting our customers for more than 10 years in the implementation of signature solutions, both in consulting and integration.


Our experience has allowed us to understand the limits of existing solutions and the points of frustration of our customers. PKI infrastructures are cumbersome, costly and have a single point of failure due to their centralized nature. Although the use of electronic signatures has been widely democratized over the last few years, and even more so since the COVID crisis, the costs are still very high. As a result, electronic signatures are still reserved for a very small part of a company's documentary corpus.


The blockchain naturally responds to all these limitations by revolutionizing digital trust, and at low cost.

Our blockchain expertise

We have been using blockchain technologies since 2018 to certify and sign data and documents. Before developing our product offerings we have done custom digital proof projects using Bitcoin, Ethereum or even Hyperledger Fabric.


Our preference for Tezos was made in 2019 because we share their strategic vision and CSR commitment. Since then, beyond our software and SAAS solutions, our investment in the Tezos ecosystem has grown. We were one of the very first blockchain "corporate bakers" (i.e. a large company with a blockchain validation and mining node). We have also launched a consulting and services division on Tezos technologies, which we offer to our large enterprise clients. On the strategic consulting aspects, we work in partnership with the specialized company Blockchain EZ.


We have developed 2 open source projects in co-financing with the Tezos foundation:

    Tezos Digisign: a certification solution at the origin of Tediji (see below)

  • Choose your baker : a solution allowing to submit a transaction directly to a certified baker meeting specific compliance rules

   

Tezos Digisign, the open source project behind Tediji

In 2020, Coexya developed Tezos Digisign an open source certification solution based on the Tezos blockchain.


Since 2020, our solution has been downloaded thousands of times and we have helped many customers to successfully deploy it at home and to evolve it according to their needs. Some certification solutions on the market are based on Tezos Digisign.


At the time, we were already convinced that public blockchains would be the cornerstone of the next generation of electronic signature solutions. Our choice of the Tezos blockchain has only strengthened over the last 2 years: growing adoption, regular updates, improved efficiency and scalability, ....


Based on our experience with Tezos Digisign, and given the high demand for the certification market and the lack of blockchain alternatives in the simple signature market, we decided to transform Tezos Digisign into a SAAS electronic signature solution for enterprises. This is how Tediji was born.


Our mastery of the Tezos blockchain allows us to leverage this technology to design the next generation of electronic signature solutions: more secure, less expensive and more sustainable.
