Deploy electronic signatures everywhere!
Until now, companies have often been content to digitise the signing of their customer contracts, speeding up customer acquisition times and drastically reducing administrative costs.
However, these customer contracts are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the vast number of documents that a company has to sign or have signed on a daily basis. For cost reasons, the signing of employment contracts and their amendments, leave requests, supplier contracts, delivery or receipt reports, or even the initialing of internal documents have not been digitised. All too often, files are still printed, scanned, stamped and posted for procedures that could be done online. Too often, we simply tick a box online when an electronic signature should be required, thereby taking a legal risk.
By reducing signature costs by 2.4 times or sometimes much more, Tediji makes electronic signatures accessible to all and integrates them into all your business procedures! No longer do you have to choose which documents deserve it, you can deploy it everywhere!
Benefits of blockchain
Unlike its competitors who offer themselves as trusted third parties, Tediji proves compliance with the legal steps of signing by using blockchain technology. Each action taken is recorded in a confidential data format (a hash) in the public Tezos blockchain, allowing you to verify the status of each signature for yourself.
Thanks to the public blockchain and its strong cryptography, which prevents any modification of recorded data, your evidence remains valid over time. No more need to regularly renew certificates whose functioning is not always clear. No more dependence on trusted third parties; even if Tediji were to disappear, your evidence would remain available.
Gone too is the need to store your signed documents with your service provider. While Tediji offers this option, it is by no means mandatory, and if you had already planned to archive the documents yourself, you can drastically reduce your operating costs.
